Consent
to the treatment of personal data.
In accordance to the art. 11 of the Law 675/96, regarding provision
of guardianship of the people and the other subjects in respect
to the treatment of the personal data, the Applicant consents
to the treatment of his/her own personal data, directly or also
through third party, to comply with obligations established
in the law, in a rule or in any normative, also for the following
finalities: to elaborate studies and statistic researches and
of market; to send advertising and informative material; to
perform direct activity of sale or placing of products or services;
to send commercial information; to perform interactive commercial
communications. Holder of the data treatment is Centri Benessere.
The consumer in relation to the treatment of his/her own personal
data can in whatever case exercise the rights established by
the art. 13 of the law 675/96. In the absent of this consent,
the data will only be used for the purpose of control procedures
of registration to the services of the site.
